About us
Since its founding, Kabashi Real Estate GmbH has been successfully operating in the real estate market for more than 5 years. In recent years, the focus of entrepreneurial activity has been placed on the business areas of project development, such as property developer. Kabashi Real Estate GmbH develops sophisticated office and commercial properties for investors in the institutional investment industry, residential real estate for investors, owner-occupiers and private investors in Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse.
Over the past few years, over 10,000 m² of floor space have been created in retail, office, service, leisure and residential areas. This corresponds to an investment volume of around 20 million euros, with the corresponding effects on employment and purchasing power. The core competence of the company includes the development of brownfields, the conversion of unprofitable old areas, as well as the revitalization of hitherto commercially or industrially used inner-city areas, primarily Ludwigshafen.
